Rolf Mendelsohn is a confident, analytical, and ambitious professional who has played a key role in expanding the PARATUS Group into new territories on the continent for over 20 years. As one of the co-founders of the PARATUS Group, Rolf currently serves as the Group's Chief Technology Officer.

Ricardo Dias has over 20 years of experience in finance, having held positions in various sectors, such as consulting, manufacturing and telecommunications. In 2020, he brought his vast experience and vision to the organization.

Ana has over 25 years of experience in the legal field. Her in-depth knowledge of corporate legal matters, combined with her business experience, makes her highly qualified to support the organization with legal guidance on corporate governance.
